We're ready and waiting! We just need you to reset your password to start making the most of the new BT Tradespace. This is crucial for security as we need to confirm it's your account.

Enhance your profile

if you already have content items on your Tradespace site like photos, videos or products and services, you are likely to have an enhanced business profile already. However, if your Tradespace site was empty prior to launch, you would have been automatically set up with a basic business profile. Enhance your profile now to get the most out of your Tradespace site.

Check your details

Depending on whether you have a basic or an enhanced profile you’ll see different changes to your Tradespace. You can find out more by watching our ‘What’s new’ video.

Unfortunately, some changes have meant that not all your information could be transferred. So when you see your Tradespace for the first time you may need to do a little bit of housekeeping. But don’t worry - it’s quick and easy to change and a great opportunity to make sure your Tradespace truly represents your business.

Make sure that everything is clear, up to date and relevant

So that it’s as easy as possible for your customers to find you. Try updating your photos and introduction as well as your About us description and make sure you choose a background colour.

Activate your Shop

We've made buying and selling much more secure. So to have your products show up in your Tradespace shop, you will need to have a PayPal account (if you don't have one) and then enable PayPal (even if you have it at the moment) to get the security certificate. You can enable it by clicking on the 'My Tradespace' link at the top and going to 'Our shop'. A little bit of effort but it's all in the name of showing customers you're a bona fide seller. Activate the free 'Book it now' service

Make the most of your Tradespace site by promoting your services with online bookings. Now it's even easier to take bookings and appointments online. List your services now

Re-upload your videos

We're sorry we could not move your videos. Now we've launched, make sure to upload all your videos again so you can add keywords and enhance your chances of getting noticed. Plus create some buzz and show off your products, services and expertise. Upload your videos now

Add Google Analytics

If you've set up a Google Analytics account, then now's the time to link it up with your Tradespace for more accurate reports. Simply get your 'Google Analytics ID' from your account and then you can plug it straight into your new Tradespace. Plug in your Google Analytics ID now
